Admissions Requirements
Culinary Arts 101
The Culinary Institute of New Orleans admits as regular students high school graduates or recognized equivalent (GED) or persons passing the Ability to Benefit Test (ATB), a nationally recognized Aptitude Test.

To Register:
Present two (2) passport photos, proof of birth, proof of education or equivalent, a social security card, and a registration fee. Students must be at least sixteen(16) years of age to enroll. All students must sign an enrollment agreement contract and related documents.

Culinary Arts 202
The Culinary Institute of New Orleans admits as regular students high school graduates or recognized equivalent (GED) or persons passing the Ability to Benefit Test (ATB), a nationally recognized Aptitude Test.

To Register:
Present two (2) passport photos, proof of birth, proof of education or equivalent, a social security card, and a registration fee. Continuing CA-101 students must obtain clearance from the financial aid department and the academic department. All students must sign an enrollment contract and related documents.
