Coppa Oreste
Serves 4 (12 ounce portions)

12 Amaretto Cookies
3 tbsp. Brandy
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Marscapone Cheese (softened)
1/2 oz. Chocolate Shavings (garnish)

Méthode:
Put three amaretto cookies in the bottom of four goblets and drizzle with the Brandy. Beat the eggs together with the sugar until pale in color. Now beat in the marscapone cheese until creamy. Spoon the mixture into the glasses. Chill until firm and serve by sprinkling the chocolate shavings over the top.
