Marinated Crab Claws
Serves 4 - (6 ounce portions)

1 lb. Crab Fingers
1/2 cup Red Onion (shaved or chopped fine)
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper (diced)
1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper (diced)
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper (diced)
1 cup Olive Oil
1 cup Parsley (chopped)
1/2 cup Garlic (minced)
1 Lemon Zest
1/2 cup Lemon (juice only)
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper

Méthode:
Mix all ingredients and marinate under refrigeration for 2-3 hours. Serve chilled.
